THE KEYS TO SUCCESS!!!!!
The first step in getting your Real Estate license is completing our 75 hour Salesperson Pre-License course.
This class covers all the basics of ownership, transfer, use of property, real estate law, mortgage, finance and math fundamentals.
This course will provide you with the technical and practical training experience in real estate.
The state exam may be taken after successful completion of this course.
Georgia Salesperson Licensure requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a high school graduate or the holder of a certificate of equivalency.
- Must obtain a copy of criminal background report upon completion of state exam.
- Must successfully complete the required 75-hour Salesperson Prelicense Course at a School approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Class meets: Monday thru Thursday
Class time: 6:00 pm-10pm
First day of class: January 19th
Final exam: February 19th
*75 hours are required for course completion!
Passing grade minimum 72% on final . Tuition cost includes initial final exam. If a retake of the final exam is needed or a no show on scheduled final exam day occurs additional fees applies. GREC requirements include a full 75 hours as part of course completion. If any hours need to be made up, you will incur an additional hourly cost for that time. More details provided as a part of our policies and procedures packet on day one.
Refunds are only given in the event the course is canceled or the start date is rescheduled by Real Estate Resources Academy, and the student can no longer attend due to the date change.
- You also have the option to have your tuition applied to classes scheduled within the subsequent 6 months. A class paid in full but student is a no show on first day must be rescheduled by student within 6 months of initial registration AND additional fees may be applied, no refunds of any amount. ANY CLASS RESCHEDULED PRIOR TO START DATE BY THE SCHOOL AND STUDENT AGREES TO NEW DATE, FORFEITS REFUND AND MAY BE RESCHEDULED FOR A CLASS WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF INITIAL PAYMENT . ONCE STUDENT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF RESCHEDULED COURSE BY THE SCHOOL AND STUDENT AGREES TO NEW DATE. THIS MAY NOT APPLY TO PAYMENT PLANS.
IF STUDENT IS A NO SHOW ON FIRST DAY, STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE COURSE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF A COMPLETED REGISTRATION. AFTER 6 MONTHS, YOU MUST REPAY AS A NEW STUDENT.
We reserve the right to cancel classes with low enrollments as late as one day prior to the start date of the course with full refunds made to students. You will be notified of cancellation and can exercise the right to transfer to next class or full refund.
