Mentorship has been shown to have a powerful impact on the growth of entrepreneurs both inside the real estate industry and out, so participants are encouraged to have a mentor to assist them during LAUNCH. As a best practice, the mentor should have significant knowledge of local real estate business practices and market insight. Establishing sturcture, creating your processes within the laws and practices until you get a feel for what it is you are doing has value.
So many brand new agents get lost in the shuffle and become overwhelmed very easily in the beginning. We often time get asked as instructors, WHAT DO I DO NEXT? What do I say to a potential client? What do I do now that I have a buyer or seller? How do I unlock the door? What contracts do I use? And so on….
If you have asked yourself any of these questions, this course will help to answer your questions and give you CE hours as well. This course will only serve as a general guideline to help the newly licensed agent or an agent getting back into the business navigate the process. This course will meet twice a month on a Saturday from 9:45am to 12:45pm. Each class you will be working with an experienced agent, broker, lender or other vendor experts in the real estate industry.
